Our Quality Management System (QMS) has been accredited with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 13485:200 + AC:2009 approval, and complies with 93/42/EEC of the Medical Device Directive.
At Bremed, we value our customers and therefore we have developed various systems to heighten customers’ satisfaction to the greatest possible. Our International Warranty Program provides a 24 months full warranty, absorbing labor and parts charges for manufacturing defects. We have also developed a Vigilance System to effect return and recall processes of non-conforming products.
Furthermore, Bremed also has in place a Customer Complaint Management System, within which customer complaints are duly noted and carefully investigated.
